Our development department looks after the heart of Finnova – our core banking software. In the "Core & Regulations" department, we are looking for a committed individual as Product Owner for the agile Scrum team "Fees, Tariffs and Money Laundering". In this key role, you take responsibility for a central product and actively shape its further development together with our product management and an interdisciplinary Scrum team. You bring in new ideas, set impulses for customer-oriented solutions, and help make our core banking software fit for the future.

• the active further development and continuous optimisation of our core banking product to successfully implement the product strategy together with the product team and take the product to the next level
• the professional leadership of a cross-functional Scrum team according to agile principles and the promotion of a culture of personal responsibility
• meeting the high demands of our Finnova banks regarding quality, stability, security and scalability
• close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand professional requirements and translate them into high-quality solutions
• maintaining and prioritising the product backlog to maximise customer benefit and value creation in product development
• ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries in line with the product roadmap

You inspire us...

• with a completed higher education in business informatics, banking & finance or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience and sound banking expertise
• with your extensive specialist knowledge in core banking, especially in the areas of fees, tariffs and money laundering
• with your proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in agile software development projects
• with your strong communication skills in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, from customers and specialist departments to software developers
• with your sense of prioritisation and your consistent focus on maximum customer benefit
• with your analytical and conceptual way of working as well as your innovative and team-oriented personality
• with fluent German and English skills
