About the job
In the school unit Neuwies we run three kindergarten classes as well as six primary classes with around 210 children. Appreciation, trust, reliability, and humor are connecting core values that guide us daily in working with the children and collaborating as a team. For many years, the special education offer has been integrative. We maintain jointly responsible support and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your profile - we are looking for
- empathy, strong communication skills, and joy in working with children in individual therapy and small groups
- recognized diploma in speech therapy or in training to become a speech therapist
- cross-cycle, networked thinking
- appreciative, constructive handling of diversity as well as joy in actively shaping school life
- independent, structured way of working
