Do you enjoy organising, keeping an overview even with many appointments, and taking pleasure in contact with customers? Are you interested in technical products and like to work independently and precisely?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for our maintenance department. In this versatile role, you combine customer care, administration, sales internal service, and technical understanding.

Your tasks

• You manage our maintenance contract system for backflow preventers and coordinate appointments with our customers and system operators.
• You plan and arrange maintenance appointments and ensure reliable appointment processing.
• You prepare quotations for larger maintenance work and accompany these from inquiry to order.
• You create, process, and monitor maintenance contracts, keeping deadlines and appointments in view.
• You coordinate the administrative processes in maintenance and ensure smooth order processing.
• You prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
• You monitor delivery dates and maintain close communication with our customers.
• You take over deputising in order processing and purchasing when required.

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Enjoyment in customer contact and a good sense for sales – without cold calling
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills for customer care in Western Switzerland (approx. 20%)
• Interest and flair for technical products
• An independent, structured, and very precise way of working
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in keeping various tasks and appointments in view simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced customer and quality orientation
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• An open, friendly, and solution-oriented personality
