Your Tasks

• You competently and lovingly accompany our patients during the day shift
• You independently carry out nursing measures
• You are part of an interdisciplinary team that supports each other
• You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our procedures together
• You help ensure that people feel seen and appreciated

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a good sense of humour
• Motivation, professionalism, and an open heart
• Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimising processes
