As a Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365 Consultant, you develop innovative workplace solutions and support companies in the technical implementation of their digital transformation. Your focus is on modern cloud clients, Microsoft 365 and the intelligent automation of workplace processes.
You combine technical know-how with a strong understanding of the requirements of modern work environments. At the same time, you have the opportunity to transfer new technologies such as AI and agent-based workflows into concrete customer solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of modern workplace architectures in the Microsoft cloud environment
Engineering and further development of Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune solutions
Automation of recurring tasks and optimisation of existing client processes
Support customers with technical questions around modern workplace and cloud
Analysis of new technologies as well as evaluation of AI and automation possibilities for workplace scenarios
Participation in varied digitalisation projects and support of customers during technical transformations
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment, for example as a system engineer, cloud engineer or workplace engineer
Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as experience with Azure and/or Intune
Enthusiasm for cloud client engineering, automation and modern AI applications
IT training EFZ in system technology or a comparable qualification; further education is an advantage
Communicative and team-oriented personality with enjoyment of customer projects
Good German and English skills as well as willingness for occasional assignments with customers in Switzerland
