For our Swiss national organisation in Ruswil, we are looking for a committed individual who professionally manages public tenders and customer projects and actively contributes to the further expansion of our market position.
As Tender Manager Buses, you will take on a central role between customers, sales, after-sales, and our corporate headquarters. You coordinate tenders, prepare convincing offer documents, and accompany projects from the tender phase to vehicle handover. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the successful implementation of demanding customer projects in the Swiss market.
Your tasks
- Independently process and coordinate public tenders and offer processes.
- Analyse tender documents and prepare the required offer documentation.
- Develop vehicle specifications in close cooperation with our corporate headquarters and the customer.
- Support our customers with technical and product-specific questions.
- Coordinate project execution from order placement to vehicle handover.
- Accompany vehicle inspections, vehicle handovers, and customer training sessions.
- Work closely with sales, after-sales, as well as internal and external project partners.
- Maintain and manage tender, offer, and project data reliably and in a structured manner.
Your profile
- You have a technical or commercial-technical education, for example as a Technical Salesperson, Automotive Specialist with further training, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you bring experience in tender management, sales, project management, or the commercial vehicle industry.
- You have a strong affinity for technical products and solutions.
- Confident use of MS Office and digital tools is a matter of course for you.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills. Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
- You work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner. Communication skills, organisational talent, and a confident appearance complete your profile.
