The Frohmatt Retirement Centre is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people requiring nursing care, people with dementia, and assist those in assisted living. Our operation also includes retirement apartments with services within the building. The Stollenweid house is the fourth house and also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who prefer a rural lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining regular communication with residents, their relatives, employees, and external contacts
- Deputising in personnel management, including organising the team in close cooperation with the group leader
- Guiding and supporting employees in nursing, care, and professional matters; promoting and expanding employees’ expertise
- Ensuring and optimising the quality of care and processes
- Participation in projects
- Process responsibility for goal-oriented planning and implementation of comprehensive care and support in complex situations according to the nursing process
- Planning and conducting medical visits
What You Bring
- Completed training as a qualified nurse/HF
- Solid professional experience in long-term care
- Leadership experience and further training in leadership/management advantageous
- You are a responsible, communicative personality who enjoys working independently
- You possess high social competence and an interest in continuous development
- Solid IT skills (Peps, RAI LTCF, Lobos etc.)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
