Häusermann + Partner specialises in services in legal advice and notarial work. Since our foundation in 1982, we have grown steadily and today employ around 95 staff at currently five locations in the canton of Bern.

For our location in Fraubrunnen, we are looking for you, to complement our team, immediately or by arrangement as

Notary Clerk (m/f/d) 50%-100%

These tasks await you:

• Independent management of files from A to ZPreparation
• Processing and handling of notarial deeds and contracts, especially in the areas of property law, commercial law and inheritance law
• Ensuring correct and timely entries in the land register / commercial register
• Competent advice and support for our clients
• Contact person for notaries, authorities and banks

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, with several years of experience in notarial work
• Precise, independent and responsible way of working
• Confident German in spoken and written form, additional languages an advantage
• Service-oriented, team-capable and open personality
