For the Gartenhof and Papillon homes in the Zurich region, we are looking for a
Qualified Nurse HF/FH as Educational Coordinator Nursing 80-100%
Your tasks
- Recruitment of apprentices and HF students
- Responsible for organising, planning and conducting learning support on the wards
- Contact person for our AGS and FaGe apprentices and HF students
- Ensuring the basic requirements for supporting HF nursing students
- Responsibility for implementing the HF nursing training concept and the requirements of the respective educational providers
- Responsibility for quality development and assurance of HF training in the company
- Professional responsibility for the pedagogical aspects of training in the company
- Co-design of LTT days
Your profile
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Completed trainer course
- Completed SVEB 1 further training or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience in long-term care desired
- Confident communication in German, spoken and written
