About the job
The Gambetta Foundation is a care home located in Clarens with a capacity of 45 beds. We offer personalised support to the elderly. The support projects for our residents are an integral part of our motivation.
To complete our team, we are looking for:
- Managing reception and the telephone switchboard
- Carrying out various orders as well as billing tasks
- Stock and goods management
- Monitoring administrative files of collaborators as well as residents
- Other administrative tasks as needed
YOU HAVE
- A commercial employee CFC
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- You are dynamic and enjoy working rigorously
- Required HR knowledge
- You have an easy rapport with elderly people
WE OFFER
- 1 commercial employee position at 40%
- Working conditions according to the HévivA scale
