In our mixed surgical clinic with the operative disciplines orthopedics, urology, ENT, general surgery, and gynecology, we are looking for reinforcement as a specialist for hygiene standards & quality management (50–60%), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
- Responsibility for ensuring and further developing hygiene standards according to applicable guidelines
- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of measures in the area of infection prevention
- Establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system
- Conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external inspections
- As a specialist in infection prevention, you are the central contact person for employees on all questions regarding hygiene and infection prevention
- Documentation, evaluation, and reporting of relevant key figures
- Close cooperation with clinic management and interdisciplinary teams
Your profile:
- Completed training in healthcare (e.g., nursing, medicine, biomedical sciences, or comparable)
- Further training or solid experience in hygiene and quality management
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong powers of observation
- High social competence and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
