What challenges await you?

• Planning, managing, and operational implementation of marketing, communication, and healthcare projects in Switzerland for addiction centres, private practitioners, and special customer groups in opioid agonist therapy, such as correctional facilities, measures enforcement, pharmacies, in close cooperation with all departments
• Management of market research projects, including briefing, coordination of service providers, scheduling, preparation of evaluations, and internal alignment
• Organisation, coordination, and follow-up of events, specialist occasions, workshops, advisory formats, and congress activities
• Coordination of projects with existing key opinion leaders, external experts, agencies, service providers, and other stakeholders
• Organisation of scientific specialist events and external appointments within ongoing projects
• Collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Management, Legal, and Compliance

How do you convince us?

• You have several years of experience in project management within a Swiss pharmaceutical company, healthcare company, or agency with a healthcare focus
• Optional: You hold a qualification as a pharmaceutical representative
• You are familiar with the requirements for professional project execution in the Swiss healthcare market and are accustomed to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in implementing marketing, communication, event, or market research projects
• Strong organisational skills, structured working style, and high implementation strength
• High communication skills, professional appearance, and diplomatic tact in dealing with different stakeholders
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
• Very good German and French language skills
