Responsibilities

• You will support the R&D Project Managers in developing new products and improving existing ones.
• You will prepare and conduct laboratory tests, measurements, and controls according to defined procedures.
• You will participate in industrial trials and collect, process, and interpret experimental data.
• You will prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation, contributing to the advancement of research and development activities.
• You will collaborate with Production, Quality, and Product Management to ensure project success.

Skills

• Education: Bachelor studies (university/university of applied sciences)
• Specialisation: *Technical diploma or professional/university education (UAS/FH, HFP or equivalent) in Chemistry, Food Sciences, Packaging, Materials or related disciplines.
• Work experience: Up to 3 years of professional experience, internships or projects in laboratory, quality, production or product development.
• You are a proactive, collaborative and flexible person, able to communicate openly and professionally in a dynamic environment.
• You stand out for analytical skills, precision, organisation and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Italian (C1)
• English (C1)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
