To bridge the gap, we are looking for a reliable, precise and pragmatic personality with sound payroll know-how to ensure payroll processing within the framework of an interim mandate, available immediately or by arrangement.Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring seamless and timely monthly payroll processing during the interim period, including checking and plausibility of salary changes, variable remuneration and deductions
- Competent contact person for employees and managers in all payroll and HR matters throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Administrative and payroll-relevant handling of entries and exits as well as mutations, including correct final settlements
- Processing of social insurances, withholding taxes, absences as well as pension and insurance matters in close cooperation with external bodies
- Carrying out year-end processes, payroll notifications and statutory declarations as well as preparing reports on personnel costs and HR key figures
- Documentation and optimisation of payroll processes as well as structured handover to the successor
- Commercial basic training with advanced training in HR or payroll (e.g. HR specialist certificate, social insurance specialist certificate or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as a payroll specialist in a Swiss company, experience in interim mandates is an advantage
- Confident handling of work permits and payroll-relevant specifics of cross-border commuters
- Good knowledge of HR, payroll and time management systems; experience with Infoniqa 200, Infoniqa HCM, DocuWare, PSI BDE/PZ, PSI BDE/PZ-ESS, BSD ZUKO or Zeugnismanager is an advantage
- Precise, independent working style, quick comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and processes
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form as well as short-term availability
- Rapid induction and direct impact in a professional HR team
