For our nursery in Morges, we are looking for a candidate to start on 1 May 2026, for the position of:
Socio-educational Assistant at 100%
Your mission :
As a socio-educational assistant, you play a key role in the child’s overall development and the implementation of the centre’s educational project, supporting each child in an environment of trust, emotional security and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families and the centre.
Your profile :
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Socio-Educational Assistant or equivalent recognised by the competent authority
Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability and cultural diversity.
Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work with children, families and teams.
