What you will do
- You will provide comprehensive advice to our customers in the area of pension provision and planning
- You will analyse existing pension situations and identify optimisation and purchasing opportunities
- You will develop individual pension and retirement strategies taking into account tax and financial aspects
- You will support customers with questions about early retirement, capital withdrawal, pension models and pension gaps
- You will work closely with our insurance and financial experts
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our advisory processes and services

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in advising on occupational pension provision, retirement provision and financial planning
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss pension system (1st, 2nd and 3rd pillar)
- Ideally further training in financial planning, pension provision or insurance
- High customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory-intensive discussions
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
