You lead a team of about 6 employees and are responsible for intensive supervision as well as case management in the field of asset management. This includes, in addition to institutions under the LPCC and LEFin, independent asset managers (GFI) and trustees.
- Personal and technical supervision of a multilingual team (DE/FR).
- Responsibility for the processing and management of supervision cases.
- Ensuring impeccable and understandable documentation of supervision activities.
- Targeted communication with the supervised entities as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance with and development of internal processes.
- University degree in an economic or legal discipline from a Swiss university, ideally with further training as a certified accountant or certified internal auditor (CIA).
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience and a deep understanding of the financial sector.
- Strong skills in design, analysis, and communication.
- Quick-witted, you also stand out with a pronounced talent for planning and organization.
- Marked social and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of German or French (C2) and good knowledge of the other language as well as English (C1).
