To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified Property Manager with Federal Diploma who will manage our property portfolios with passion and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of a diverse property portfolio (residential and commercial properties).
• Independent management of condominium owners' associations.
• Preparation of rental contracts and conducting apartment inspections and handovers.
• Support and advice for tenants, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and renovation work.
• Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements.
• Preparation of service charge/cost accounting.
• Management and supervision of external service providers.

Qualifications

• Completed further education as a Property Manager with Federal Diploma.
• Several years of professional experience in property management.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ImmoTop 2 is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence.
