The adult women and men in Schwarzenbach live together in a large detached house with ten residents. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. Health Specialist with the Additional Role as Medical Co-Responsible Person

Tasks

• Resource-oriented promotion, support and care of the residents
  
• Co-responsibility for medical-therapeutic care
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors and other professionals
• Co-responsibility in the induction of new employees in medical-therapeutic tasks
• Maintaining electronic documentation Redline
• Co-design of daily living and leisure activities
  
• Participation in annual festivities
• Tasks in administration and group household

• Training as a Health Specialist
