• Manage and develop our hybrid infrastructure across on-premises Windows Server environments and Azure
• Install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Windows Server systems in on-premises environments
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, and Microsoft DSC
• Apply GitOps principles for configuration and deployment automation
• Automate processes and tasks with PowerShell and other tools to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
• Share your expertise with team members and support them in technical matters

• Completed technical education (university or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in designing and operating hybrid cloud infrastructures (Azure and on-premises Windows Server)
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and incident resolution
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, Microsoft DSC) and automation (PowerShell)
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and best practices
• Python scripting experience is a plus
• High level of self-motivation, structured working style, and willingness to mentor others
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and participate in on-call rotations
