What to expect

• Project management of a wide range of projects in various areas (business, specialist, regulatory, transformation, and IT projects)
• Overall responsibility for all project phases, including project budget, goal definition, and controlling
• Very close collaboration and coordination with internal departments as well as internal and external stakeholders. Depending on the topic, involvement of our IT network Esprit or other external project partners
• Regular communication to the departments and the entire bank
• Active support of change management including planning and conducting training sessions
• Identifying dependencies and synergies and ongoing coordination
• Leadership of project team members (depending on the project)
• Management of multiple different projects
• Contribution to knowledge building within the team and support as a sparring partner
• Your workplace is Olten or Zurich (with willingness to travel to Olten) with the possibility to work partly from home.

What we expect

• Several years of solid project management experience as a project manager is essential
• Further training in project management and/or business administration
• Solid, broad banking knowledge (financing, investing, retail) or similar industries
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and IT affinity
• Confident appearance, persuasiveness, and perseverance
• Solution orientation, open mindset, empathy, and reliability
• Good knowledge of French is an advantage

Remuneration

• At ABS, we have a remuneration model that ensures equal pay for work of equal value. Our salaries are internally transparent and we guarantee a salary range of a maximum of 1:5 between the lowest and highest salary. For this role, the annual gross salary is around CHF 120,000. Classification is based on clear and transparent criteria.
