Nanosurf is a globally leading company in the growing field of nanotechnology, headquartered in Switzerland. We develop, produce, and distribute innovative scanning probe microscopes, especially customised systems for fully automated industrial quality control at the nanometre scale.

What to expect:

• You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
• You support payroll processing and act as its deputy
• You accompany recruitments from job posting to appointment organisation
• You organise employee events and contribute to a positive corporate culture
• You participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• You drive the digitalisation of HR processes and bring new ideas for the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence
• You are a friendly point of contact for employees, applicants, and guests at reception and the switchboard

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in human resources
• Professional experience in personnel administration
• Confident use of MS Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• High IT affinity as well as interest in digital solutions and the use of artificial intelligence in everyday work
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong quality awareness, discretion, and reliability
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
