You feel at home in modern infrastructure environments and want to actively operate and further develop cloud platforms? We are looking for a technically skilled individual who ensures stability, resolves complex disruptions, and simultaneously drives automation and modern operating models.
Responsibilities:
Operation and technical further development of a highly available cloud infrastructure
Support of business-critical customer environments and central platform services
Installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of systems and business applications
Planning and execution of updates, releases, and technical maintenance windows
Monitoring of infrastructure, services, and applications with modern monitoring solutions
Analysis and resolution of incidents as well as sustainable root cause analysis
Participation in problem management and continuous improvement of platform stability
Automation of recurring operational and administrative tasks
Support in the further development of deployment and provisioning processes
Collaboration with software engineering, application management, and other technical teams
Participation in technical projects around cloud, infrastructure, and platform services
Documentation of systems, operational processes, and technical solutions
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in computer science or comparable practical experience
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux system environments
Experience in operating server, application, or cloud infrastructures
Understanding of networks, DNS, virtualisation, and basic IT security
Experience with monitoring and structured incident management
Interest in automation and modern cloud technologies
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
Independent and responsible working style
Enjoyment in technical exchange with customers and internal specialists
Willingness to continuously familiarise yourself with new technologies and platforms
