Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the kitchen and catering departments.
- Leadership, promotion and development of the employees and managers under your supervision.
- Continuous optimisation of processes, workflows and gastronomic services.
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and occupational health standards.
- Further development of an attractive and target group-oriented catering offer in collaboration with the responsible specialist departments.
- Close cooperation with kitchen, hospitality, nursing and other interdisciplinary areas in the hospital environment.
- Participation in budget planning, cost control and ensuring economic target achievement.
Your Profile
- Advanced professional training in the field of hospitality/gastronomy (HFP/HF/FH level) with a focus on hospitality/gastronomy
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role as well as a proven host personality
- Sound knowledge in the areas of kitchen, catering, quality management and hygiene
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a strong customer and service orientation
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills as well as high social competence
- Proficient in MS Office as well as high resilience, flexibility and reliability
