Architectural Draughtsperson (m/f/d)

Role:
You enjoy detailed construction and want to support modern architecture from building permit to execution in planning? In this role, you take responsibility for the execution and detailed planning, coordinate the involved specialist planners and ensure that architectural concepts are implemented precisely and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the execution planning from the building permit stage
Independent development, construction and creation of execution and detailed plans using ArchiCAD
Preparation of ancillary submissions in collaboration with authorities and offices after the building application or permit
Close cooperation with specialist planners, site managers and contractors
Review of execution and workshop plans from external planners and contractors
Active participation in planning and execution meetings
Leadership and coordination of specialist engineers within the scope of execution planning
Ensuring precise, quality-conscious and standards-compliant planning
Qualifications:
Completed training as a EFZ draughtsperson specialising in architecture, HF technician in building construction or architect
Professional experience in execution planning
Sound knowledge of detailed construction, workshop planning and construction processes
Good knowledge of Swiss building standards
Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
Enjoyment in implementing modern architecture and constructive solutions
Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with contractors, authorities and clients
Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
