For the sales of innovative solutions for all applications from vehicle wraps, energy-saving films on buildings, surface refinements in architecture, to POS or jersey advertising, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor.

What to expect:

• You take customer orders by phone, email, or webchat
• You are responsible for order processing from customer inquiry to completion
• You advise customers by phone with innovative solutions
• You prepare quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and price calculations
• You support our field service in administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Commercial basic training with technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further education
• Ideally at least two years of experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of common IT applications (MS Office, SAP)
• Very good German and good French skills, Italian an advantage
• Customer-oriented working style and good mathematical understanding
