To ensure the further growth of our business, we need additional personnel.
As of 01.01.2027 or by arrangement, we are therefore looking for a
HUMAN CAPITAL SPECIALIST 40 - 60 %

What to expect:
- Co-responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle from workforce planning through recruiting, contract management, onboarding, talent management to succession planning
- Support for employees and line managers at the headquarters in Switzerland, in Europe, the USA, China and India
- Administrative tasks from personnel entry to exit, preparing contracts, references and statistics, contacts with insurers and authorities
- Support in the recruitment process and/or independent handling of recruitments at home and abroad
- Planning and implementation of training measures and employee events
- Support with payroll processing in Switzerland
- Participation in HR projects such as digitalisation, occupational health management, employer branding, etc.
- General support and deputising for the HR manager
What you bring:
- Commercial training with further education in HR, e.g. as an HR assistant or HR specialist
- Several years of experience in human resources
- Enjoyment of daily contact with people of different nationalities and functions as well as continuous development of HR tools and systems
- Confident communication skills in German and good to very good English skills
- Flexible, committed personality with empathy and a high sense of responsibility and service
