The Rose City of Rapperswil-Jona is looking for the summer season 2027 at the Strandbad Stampf and the Seebadi Bühlerallee:

The city of Rapperswil-Jona has beautiful and very well frequented lake and outdoor pools. The Strandbad Stampf offers a comprehensive range of leisure activities in a wonderful location with its spacious sunbathing lawn, a children’s pool, various play options, and a catering operation.

The Seebadi Bühlerallee is idyllically located in close proximity to the old town of Rapperswil. It delights with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and a culinary bistro offering.

You are the host at the respective facility and ensure a safe and functioning bathing operation with your presence. This includes, among other things, enforcing the bathing regulations and rules as well as providing first aid in case of accidents. You assist with the opening of the pool, supervise the technical facilities depending on the location, and carry out minor repair and maintenance work. Various cleaning tasks and the general upkeep of the facility are also part of your responsibilities. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to the appearance and well-being of our guests.

The employment is seasonal and limited from April/May to approximately the end of September 2027.

What you bring

You are sporty, love the water, and enjoy working outdoors. You hold a valid Swiss Pool Lifeguard Certificate (BiP) or SLRG Pro Pool, both complemented by the respective lake module. You are sociable and have already gained experience in an outdoor or lake pool. We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and service-minded personality who appreciates flexible working hours and working in a wonderful location.
