R. Häsler AG offers an apprenticeship in the fields of ventilation system installer EFZ and heating installer EFZ. The company is innovative in the areas of heating, ventilation, and renewable energies and offers a unique opportunity in Switzerland: a performance-based salary increase of up to 100% on the fixed apprentice salary.
The salary system consists of two components: the base salary and the performance pay. The performance pay is determined each semester based on the average report card grade, the practical course grade, and the evaluation by the employees. The evaluation criteria include punctuality, willingness to work, reliability, work quality, work quantity, mobile phone use during working hours, and absences.
An example calculation shows how the performance-based salary increase is calculated. The monthly bonus on the fixed apprentice salary can amount to up to 200% depending on performance.
