HOW IT WORKS
When you start your training with us, you can be sure that you will work with highly motivated and experienced employees and benefit greatly from them. You will learn not only traditional approaches but also innovative techniques. And fundamentally, our unique salary system for apprentices in Switzerland consists of two components:
1. The base salary
2. The performance salary
The performance salary is determined each semester as follows:
1. Your average report card grade
(from 1 - 6, with 6 being the best grade) multiplied by factor 2 2. Your practical course grade multiplied by factor 1 REPORT CARD
3. Your evaluation by our employees multiplied by factor 3 PRACTICAL COURSE GRADE
