What you will do here
- Lead and further develop the EMBA Economics and Management in Healthcare as well as the associated CAS – including teaching activities in continuing education at BFH Business.
- Further develop innovative teaching formats at the interface of HRM and health in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs as well as in continuing education.
- Help shape the thematic profiling and external presentation of BFH Business continuing education and the New Work Institute – focusing on contemporary management in healthcare.
- Independently acquire and lead third-party funded research, consulting, or continuing education projects in the field of healthcare management.
- Build, transfer knowledge about healthcare management and contribute to the strategic further development of BFH Business continuing education and the New Work Institute.
What you ideally bring
- Completed doctorate in business administration/management, organizational psychology, or related fields, preferably with a focus on healthcare management.
- Solid practical and theoretical competencies in healthcare – for example in hospitals, insurance companies, or consulting firms – with focuses in areas such as strategy, organizational development, personnel management and development, finance & controlling, or hospital financing, combined with openness to innovative and contemporary approaches in the spirit of the New Work Institute.
- Experience and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer in teaching and continuing education at the university level.
- Practical experience and affinity for HR or corporate health management are an advantage.
- Outgoing, team-oriented personality with confident demeanor and enthusiasm for continuing education.
- Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
