• You independently plan and implement equipment, relocation and smaller renewal projects in building construction and accompany them from conception through procurement to implementation.
• Together with users, you develop needs-based solutions for rooms and their equipment. You also advise portfolio managers and caretakers on room design, furniture, materials and lighting.
• For AV media solutions, you coordinate planning, procurement and implementation and ensure that technical requirements and spatial conditions interact sensibly.
• With a view to future work, learning and meeting environments, you further develop standards for equipment, furniture and AV media and bring new requirements, technologies and solution approaches into further development.
• In your projects, you coordinate internal and external participants and also ensure commercial processing. This includes SAP construction administration, invoice control, budget management as well as management of the operating and investment accounts. In addition, you contribute to interdisciplinary tasks and projects and support management in organisational and technical matters.

• A completed degree at a university of applied sciences or university, supplemented by relevant further training, forms your professional basis.
• Through your several years of professional experience in planning and implementing equipment, relocation, renewal or comparable construction projects, you bring the know-how for independent management of various undertakings.
• With your sensitivity for spaces, materials, colours, light and furnishing, you combine design and functional requirements and are interested in current developments around modern work, learning and meeting environments.
• Knowledge in the field of AV media and an understanding of digital work and learning forms help you to integrate technical solutions sensibly into spatial concepts. Good organisational and commercial skills as well as ideally experience with SAP complete your profile.
• In exchange with different stakeholders, you succeed in capturing needs and translating them into practical solutions. You work independently and reliably, keep an overview even with several parallel projects and appreciate collaboration across professional and departmental boundaries.
