Tasks
- Be the first contact for all phone inquiries in D/ITA/FR/EN.
- Handle complaints, support, and order services in all languages.
- Analyze customer issues and develop suitable solutions.
Skills
- Native German or Swiss German; fluent in Italian/French (C1 preferred).
- Great communication skills and enjoy working with customers.
- Good PC knowledge to ease your entry into the role.

Communicative, multilingual, and enjoy customer contact? Then come to us, we support and develop you. We are looking for several team players for our department in Basel starting immediately.
- You are the first contact person for all telephone inquiries (D/ITA/FR/EN)
- You handle complaints and take over support and order service in all national languages
- You record customer concerns in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
- You analyze the diverse customer problems and develop suitable solutions
- Working hours from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00
- You are available immediately and can start in October
- Swiss German / German is your mother tongue
- You master Italian and/or French in spoken and written form (C1 is desired)
- English is always welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers and like working in a lively team
- Good PC skills facilitate the entry
- You are looking for a hybrid work model in which you can work from home after training
- You are available immediately and can start in October 2025
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- After the training phase (probation period), part-time and home office are possible
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Up to the 5th year of service, one more day of vacation each year
- You receive surcharges of up to 50% for Sunday and public holiday shifts
