Your responsibility
- As a teacher, you work with different students in a rapidly changing environment. The students' stay until placement is short.
- The learning groups change at irregular intervals, and the support measures require short-term and feasible content tailored to the needs of the children and adolescents. The teaching is based on the didactics of "German as a Second Language (DAZ)" and the methods of mixed-age learning.
- In the team of teachers, you must react agilely and situationally to changes. The number of students and class sizes fluctuate with migration movements and are only partially predictable.
- In the supportive team of teachers, you organize teaching forms and educational offerings that positively influence the integration of migrating children and adolescents.
MOVE WITH COMMITMENT.
Your profile
- With a pedagogical training as a teacher, you bring the necessary foundation to openly accompany children with special educational needs and to support their educational path as a supportive reference person under conditions of change and reorientation.
- A clear and appreciative interaction with parents and colleagues is natural for you; you effortlessly maintain spontaneous, multilingual communication in the multilingual environment.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and are characterized by patience, resilience, flexibility, and humor. We place great value on collaboration and a respectful working atmosphere.
