About the job
The Halden Foundation · Living & Life in Old Age offers 60 residents and 20 residents in assisted living a lovely home in a family atmosphere. All residents should experience care, warmth, independence and freedom as well as the optimal level of security for them.
We are looking for the Economics department immediately or by arrangement:
- Friendly and competent care of our residents and guests in the cafeteria as well as in the dining room
- Active assistance in the cafeteria
- Deputy in the Economics department in the operational day-to-day business
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and compliance with our quality guidelines
- Assistance with administrative and organisational tasks
- Active involvement in decorations and appealing room design
Your profile
- Completed training and several years of experience in the domestic area or service
- Leadership experience and willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Warm, appreciative and positive attitude in dealing with residents
- Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
- High flexibility and willingness for weekend and short-term assignments
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (dialect comprehension required)
