Your missions
Want to put your legal expertise to work for a meaningful mission?
As a legal officer, you are at the heart of the application of legal provisions concerning unemployment insurance. Responsible for processing files related to entitlement to unemployment benefits and making decisions at first instance and on appeal, you analyse complex situations and help ensure a rigorous and fair application of the legislation.
You also defend the service's positions before cantonal and federal courts by drafting solid and well-argued appeals, observations, and legal opinions.
A true reference person in unemployment insurance matters, you advise and support the internal and external contacts of the employment service by providing clear, concrete, and reliable legal answers.
Your profile
Holder of a master’s degree in law, or an equivalent qualification, you master the legal bases related to unemployment insurance and employment (LACI, labour law, professional integration measures, and administrative procedure) and have a genuine interest in social insurance.
You have a flair for expression as well as analysis: your writing is precise, your organisation efficient, and your communication convincing. Comfortable in a demanding environment, you know how to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and stay on course, even under pressure.
Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and commitment characterise you.
You identify with the values of the public service and wish to put your legal skills to work for a concrete and meaningful mission.
We offer you
- Integration into a dynamic, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team.
- A stimulating work culture that encourages exchange.
- Flexible working conditions with the possibility of remote work.
