Our client is the national market leader in the medical laboratory sector. They offer comprehensive services from local sites to regional competence centres. As one of the leading and most innovative companies in their field, they are looking for a team-oriented, flexible, agile, highly organised and communicative personality at their location in the Lucerne agglomeration.
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring administrative tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Creating employment contracts and documents as well as maintaining personnel files
- Preparing references, work certificates, termination confirmations and other relevant documents
- Conducting exit interviews in the assigned area and documenting and filing the exit interview questionnaires
- Supporting recruitment administration (job postings, pre-selection, organising interviews, accompanying interviews)
- Documenting the hiring process and onboarding
- Working closely with regional teams
- Ensuring legal compliance in HR administration
- Participating in HR projects
Your profile
- Commercial training with further education as an HR specialist FA or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in dynamic companies and organisations in the HR environment
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Responsible and team-oriented personality
- Reliable, flexible and very independent working style as well as a quick grasp
- German: confident style / good English skills
