What you will accomplish
- You will record customer concerns in the field of telecommunications and develop situation-appropriate solutions within 1st-level incident management via phone, remote maintenance, and on-site
- You ensure that support tickets are processed and classified on time within the incident management process
- The knowledge you acquire during your work is continuously documented in the knowledge base and FAQs
- You work in a team of five employees. Together you are responsible for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support
- Professional exchange with your team colleagues is a matter of course for you and brings you joy
- When implementing and commissioning new solutions, your greatest satisfaction is to leave TOP satisfied customers
- You are also co-responsible for the maintenance, operation, and ongoing monitoring of our SIP communication systems on the customer side
- If suitable and interested, you have the opportunity to develop into 2nd-level support
- In 2nd-level support, you configure and test customer solutions in various constellations before installation. These VoIP telephony solutions consist of our own VoIP PBX Ayrix, various end devices, soft clients, call center solutions, MS Teams integrations, and much more
Why you will succeed
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent education, ideally in the field of VoIP
- You have already gained initial experience in 1st-level support. Ideally, you have already come into contact with 2nd-level support tasks
- Your problem-solving behavior is analytical, customer- and solution-oriented
- You have network and firewall knowledge and are familiar with IP-based networks and the services and protocols available on them. Experience in administration and management of Linux-based server systems is an advantage
- Furthermore, you convince through your high commitment and dedication, your good communication skills, and your pronounced ability to work in a team
- You master the German language in spoken and written form. English and French skills are an advantage
- You possess a valid category B driving license
