Passion for education! The city schools and care facilities in Zug consist of several dynamic and innovative school and care units that teach and care for over 2,700 children. As a future-oriented educational institution, we place great value on value-oriented leadership, openness to new paths, and the continuous development of our school and care.

Tasks

• Leading with foresight: You take over the pedagogical, personnel, administrative, and organizational management of the Letzi school unit together with the site management of the care
• Further develop school quality: You ensure innovation, quality assurance, and sustainable school development
• You bring orientation, stability, and motivation to dynamic processes with a positive mindset

Expectations

• Teaching diploma with teaching experience and completed school leadership training
• Leadership experience and enjoyment of responsibility in a management role
• Empathy combined with organizational skills and solution orientation
