Your tasks:

• Welcome internal collaborators and external visitors
• Guide and assist clients as needed
• Manage the telephone switchboard, emails, and specific requests
• Provide a warm welcome and excellent service
• Book seminar rooms
• Call and book taxis
• Provide food and beverage service in client lounges
• Prepare catering offers as well as invoices
• Organize events (lunch and/or breakfast)
• Maintain inventory, billing, and monthly statistics

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality and/or luxury reception
• Experience in another international work environment is a plus
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level required)
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and very good communication skills
• Very organized, able to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail
• Proactivity and flexibility
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP software (an asset)
