From summer 2027, a versatile apprenticeship awaits you with us – right in the heart of the city. During the three years of apprenticeship, you will gain a broad insight into the various departments that work behind the scenes to keep Lucerne moving.

This is what you can achieve.

• You take on administrative tasks in HR processes
• You advise customers at the sales counter to find the right ticket or public transport subscription
• You design flyers, social media posts or events in marketing
• You clarify customer needs at VBL REISEN and prepare offers
• You process invoices and bookings in the finance department
