For the Projects and Organisation Staff Unit, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Project Manager Unemployment Insurance (m/f/d)

• Leading, coordinating and implementing projects (e.g. projects from the öAV2030 strategy)
• Supporting the Head of the Projects and Organisation Staff Unit in initiating projects
• Coordinating collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Building and managing the project portfolio management (PPM)
• Supporting and advising project sponsors throughout the entire project process
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Representing the canton in national projects (e.g. SECO, VSSA, AMOSA)

• Completed studies or equivalent education and training related to the subject areas
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Process management knowledge and expertise in unemployment insurance (AVIG implementation) are advantageous
• Very good IT user skills
• Structured, solution-oriented and analytical working style
• Networked thinking and acting

• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Working in an open and competent team
• Various working time models, flexible working hours and possibility of home office
