We offer
Joining HRC means contributing to the development of a recent hospital, currently engaged in a profound institutional transformation.
- A role with direct impact: you work closely with management, with wide autonomy in managing your projects and the possibility to evolve the institution’s methods and practices.
- A developing directorate: the directorate is structuring and strengthening itself to become a key player in hospital performance, involving substantial foundational work. You contribute both to its working methods and deliverables.
- Structuring projects: organisational innovation, digitalisation, transformation of the patient journey. High-visibility topics, carried through to implementation.
- A highly diverse environment: operating theatres, emergency, pharmacy, laboratories, logistics, information systems. Few environments offer such a variety of professions to understand and make work together.
- Decisions with consequences: reorganising a hospital process affects patient care. This responsibility is taken seriously and discussed at every project.
- A peer collective: you join a team of project managers and organisational engineers, with regular practice exchanges. You do not manage your projects in isolation.
- A recognised environment: a recent hospital, twice distinguished in 2021 among the best employers in French-speaking Switzerland by Bilan and Le Temps.
- A privileged working region, between lake and mountains.
HRC offers career development opportunities across all its activity areas – medical, nursing, medico-technical, hospitality, administrative, technical, and logistics. Skills development is central, with access to internal and external training.
