Payroll, HR & Finance Specialist 80% (m/f/d)

CTC AG is part of the Swedish NIBE Group and specialises in innovative, energy-efficient heating solutions. For our location in Buchs ZH, we are looking for a committed individual as a Payroll, HR & Finance Specialist 80% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

Payroll & HR (approx. 50%)

• Payroll including social security and annual accounts for our approximately 50 employees
• Personnel administration from A to Z (on-/offboarding, accident, sickness and EO notifications, etc.)
• Creation of HR key figures, statistics and evaluations, including reporting for the parent company
• Advising employees and managers on questions regarding salary and social security
• Participation in various HR projects as well as further development of standardised HR processes

Finance (approx. 30%)

• Assistance in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintenance and reconciliation of master data as well as support in ensuring high data quality
• Participation in various finance projects as well as further development of standardised finance processes

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Further training as a payroll specialist or accounting clerk or comparable further training
• Several years of practical experience in payroll and financial accounting
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Abacus is an advantage
• High initiative as well as willingness to take responsibility and actively drive topics forward
• Precise, efficient and independent working style
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
