YOUR TASKS
- You ensure the demand-oriented bed planning for regularly admitted patients as well as emergencies
- Your tasks also include planning and coordinating the administrative admission process of our patients
- You professionally handle case admissions and competently provide information about hospital admissions via various communication channels
- Interdisciplinary collaboration shapes your daily work – you work with the wards, reception, OR disposition and various medical practices
- Your working hours are on weekdays between 07:00 and 17:00, one to two weekends per month and occasionally on public holidays between 08:00 and 12:00
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training in healthcare or a medical profession and have a good understanding of medical contexts
- Your professional experience in a comparable role in healthcare is an advantage
- Ideally, you are already a vocational trainer or interested in completing the vocational trainer course
- You are characterised by strong communication skills, high organisational talent and a networked way of thinking
- You are a committed, friendly and customer-oriented person who is resilient and flexible
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile; French skills are desirable, further language skills are a plus
