In facade construction, our range includes both rendered external thermal insulation and ventilated curtain walls, as well as the expert renovation of the building envelope of listed buildings.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Preparation and calculation of facade tenders according to NPK or free offers
• Development of technical documents
• Product selection for selected projects, negotiations with system suppliers
• Support of the supervisor in award negotiations
• Support of site managers in the commercial processing and billing of facade projects

You bring with you

• Training in the field of building envelope, in the plastering industry or in facade construction. Further training, e.g. as a technical clerk or site manager (m/f)
• Sound expertise in the field of calculation
• Knowledge and application of the NPK catalogues
• High IT affinity
• Business-minded personality with quick comprehension and communication skills
