About the job
AHV/IV Benefits Specialist
You know the specialist questions. We value your answers – and your ideas.
A pension calculation that adds up. A complex case that can be resolved. A consultation that provides reassurance. You know from experience what good work in the benefits area entails.
At the Forte Compensation Office, you can contribute this knowledge and deepen it further. You manage your cases independently, find professional support within the team, and help shape how we will work in the future. Whether AHV/IV pensions, IV daily allowances, or digital processes: your experience counts, as does your perspective on what can be improved.
Your expertise is needed here
- You independently handle AHV and IV benefit cases, from eligibility assessment through calculation to decision.
- You calculate pensions and IV daily allowances, carry out reassessments, and perform splitting.
- You prepare pension forecasts and advise insured persons and member companies personally and clearly.
- You clarify complex matters and handle recoveries, rejections, and appeals.
- You liaise with insured persons, authorities, and other social insurance institutions.
- You contribute your practical experience to the digitalisation and further development of our processes and take on special tasks.
What distinguishes you
You have practical knowledge of the social insurance sector, ideally AHV/IV. You enjoy delving into specialist questions, conduct thorough investigations, and take responsibility for your cases. You appreciate team exchange and share your knowledge.
Additionally, you bring:
- A commercial or comparable qualification
- Further training in social insurance or the motivation to undertake such training
- Very good German skills; French and/or Italian are an additional advantage
- An independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in advising and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
- Initiative and openness to digital working methods

Professional development.
We promote your professional and personal development and actively support you in further training.
