Chief People Officer
As a member of the three-person executive board, you will actively shape the future and further development of FiBL and make a significant contribution to strengthening the organisation’s performance – both as an attractive employer and as an impact-oriented research institution. You are responsible for culture and leadership development, initiate and accompany change and transformation processes, and are responsible for the efficient implementation of further organisational processes. In addition, you are responsible for the strategic orientation of the HR area and the administration of the institute and lead both areas operationally. You will be supported by a team of nine employees.
You have a university degree as well as advanced training in HRM and/or organisational development. Your several years of leadership experience in a strategic and operational HR or management function as well as your proven expertise in culture development, transformation and organisational development form the basis for this demanding role. Due to your broad professional experience, you are also able to consider other topics in the executive board and contribute as a valued sparring partner in the leadership collective. Ideally, you are familiar with knowledge-intensive organisations with different disciplines and have an interest in agricultural/ecological topics. You are an inspiring and empathetic personality who wins people over to change and drives developments forward. In doing so, you combine your comprehensive management understanding with implementation strength and high communication skills. Languages: Very good German skills as well as very good knowledge of English and/or French.
