Your tasks
- Telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
- Systematic identification of needs and exploitation of customer potential
- Recognising optimisations in processes and services as well as triaging to the appropriate specialist departments
- Looking after our customers with great dedication and passion
- Demonstrating empathy and friendliness daily
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in (telephone) customer advice, preferably in the banking sector
- You have the ability to recognise customer potential and enjoy proactively finding suitable solutions
- Technical affinity and pronounced multitasking ability characterise you
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
- Foreign languages in Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage
