This position sits at the intersection of finance and technology, offering the opportunity to design solutions that strengthen data quality, streamline processes, and empower teams globally.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems collaboratively, working with modern technologies, and contributing to digital transformation in a supportive, inclusive environment.What You’ll Work OnTechnology Enablement for Finance<ul><li>Design, enhance, and support finance‑related IT systems, with a strong focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).</li><li>Contribute to functional and technical design while resolving defects and implementing improvements.</li></ul>SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – Integration & Enablement<ul><li>Data Modeling: Build and maintain planning data models and logics (e.g. SAC data actions) ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.</li><li>Front‑End (UI/UX): Develop intuitive input templates, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that prioritize usability and process integration.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.</li><li>Ensure smooth integration between SAC and core systems (SAP ERP, HFM, AWS, VENA).</li><li>Monitor performance and proactively implement enhancements for user experience and data quality.</li></ul>Process Automation & Digitalization<ul><li>Partner with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation (e.g., AI/ML) and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Apply optimization techniques to improve system speed and responsiveness.</li><li>Stay up to date with SAP’s continuous releases and incorporate new features where beneficial.</li></ul>Data Strategy & Governance<ul><li>Build and maintain strong data models supporting consistent, compliant financial reporting and analytics.</li></ul>Project Leadership<ul><li>Act as a technical lead on cross‑functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners to translate business requirements into integrated, effective solutions.</li></ul>Change Management & Training<ul><li>Support colleagues through training, documentation, and guidance to help them adopt new tools confidently, including SAC onboarding.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience implementing or supporting finance systems.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including system integration, design, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>Experience in finance transformation, digitalization, or process optimization.</li><li>Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with agile methodologies.</li><li>SAP or Microsoft certifications.</li><li>Experience delivering large, enterprise‑level projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling).</li><li>Technical experience in SAC or BPC; JavaScript is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with external vendors.</li><li>Enthusiasm for financial analytics and BI technologies.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A supportive, inclusive culture where diverse perspectives and voices are valued.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and continuous learning across a global organization.</li><li>Meaningful, purpose‑driven work that contributes to improving lives around the world.</li><li>Long‑term career pathways within one of the world’s leading healthcare companies.</li></ul>Interested in Joining Us?If this opportunity resonates with you, we would be happy to hear from you.
