About the Position 
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to support our testing procedures in semiconductor manufacturing. In this role, you contribute to ensuring high quality and safety standards, supporting production processes, and contributing to continuous improvement measures. Your practical support and teamwork are essential for maintaining smooth operations and achieving reliable results.

• Operational Support: Support production staff in performing complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with process standards.
• Process Execution: Independently carry out production steps in accordance with detailed specifications and cleanroom protocols.
• Process Documentation: Accurately record process parameters and perform quality controls to ensure product integrity and traceability.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions.
• Training & Mentoring: Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing best practices, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Your profile

• Educational Background: Completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant practical experience in a production environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Team Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and under cleanroom conditions.
• German language skills (C1), English is an advantage.
